Let’s craft your story! - with Scratch (Karma: 200)

You explored scratch with The Foundation Program today! That’s an awesome first step into the world of programming. Let’s kickstart your journey. Feel free to discuss and do the assignment together with your learning circle members. But, individual assignments have to be submitted.

Remember, The projects are not tests of what you have memorized so far. They are practice points where the information will come back to you as you start solving your problems one at a time, relying on Google and the Odin Community for help.

Assignment

  1. Head over to https://scratch.mit.edu

  2. Sign up to create an account.

  3. Build a story in scratch where you depict a scenario in your college life. It can also be just a convo between you and your friend (two characters). Let’s be creative, we love that ❤️  Let your imagination run wild.

  4. Once done, click on the share button. Copy link to your project.

  5. Submit your assignment link in the #tfp-submit-poral channel with the hashtag, #tfp2.0-scratch the hashtag is important. Don’t forget to add it with your submission message.

  6. Within a few hours our mentors will verify your assignment and add an emoji to it. It will make you level-up with a new role in the server and a badge will be sent to you via DM.

  7. Feel free to flaunt your new shiny badge!
